  • One-dimensional, linear, advection-diffusion equation: explicit finite-difference schemes, stability criteria.
  • One-dimensional, nonlinear, advection-diffusion equation: explicit and implicit finite-difference schemes, stability criteria, boundary conditions.
  • Two- and three-dimensional advection-diffusion equation: explicit and implicit finite-difference schemes.
  • Navier-Stokes equations: finite differences schemes (projection method, MAC method), structured and unstructured finite volumes schemes.
  • Turbulent flow: direct numerical simulation (DNS), large-eddy simulation (LES), Reynolds equations (RANS) and turbulence models.
