Are you interested in presenting your ideas, research, or vision for the future of mobility to an international audience?<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The International Conference, ITS 2026: \u201cIntelligent Green Mobility and Resilience Society\u201d <\/em><\/strong>is organized by the University of Patras, Department of Civil Engineering, on 12-13 November 2026<\/em><\/strong>, at the Conference and Cultural Center of the University of Patras, Greece<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are shaping the future of mobility, making transportation safer, faster, greener, and smarter. Connected ITS (C-ITS) in vehicles and smart cities, AI-powered transport, greener travel options, and resilient systems can adapt to real-world challenges.<\/p>\n From self-driving cars and drones, to Mobility-as-a-Service apps and sustainable transport networks, ITS combine engineering, data, design, and innovation to rethink how people and goods move.<\/p>\n Through ITS and C-ITS, we are shaping the next generation of mobility systems that tackle real- world issues like:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Because we need fresh ideas \u2014 your ideas<\/strong>. Whether you’re working on research, a class project, a vision concept, or even a startup idea, this is a chance to share your work, get feedback, and make an impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The ITS 2026 Conference offers a unique opportunity for students to connect with professionals and researchers from academic\/research institutions, industry, and the public sector. It provides an inspiring setting to present their work, exchange ideas, and discover innovative perspectives that link technology, sustainability, and human-centered mobility across transport modes.<\/p>\n Submissions will be evaluated by the conference Research Committee for relevance to the conference theme, quality, feasibility, and coherence. All accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Please submit your paper exclusively in English in a single pdf file (up to 10mb) by September 21, 2026<\/strong>. Papers are only accepted via electronic submission. Incomplete or late<\/p>\n submissions cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Please ensure that your submission includes all the information requested on the submission form, as follows:<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n By submitting a paper to ITS 2026, the first author (submitting author):<\/p>\n The International Research Committee reserves the right to reject submissions, even if they follow these guidelines, if their quality does not meet the standards of the conference, or to request revisions from the presenter prior to acceptance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Think your paper stands out? Prove it! <\/strong>The \u201cITS 2026 Student Paper Award\u201d <\/em>will be awarded to the best student scientific paper.<\/p>\n As part of the conference, we are inviting students from all over the world to showcase their brightest ideas, their most creative research, and their boldest visions for the future of intelligent mobility. This competition is all about recognizing and rewarding the next generation of thinkers and dreamers who want to make transportation smarter<\/strong>, greener<\/strong>, and more human<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Eligibility: All authors and co-authors are undergraduate and graduate students from Higher Education Institutions.<\/p>\n Format: Eligible participants will be invited to submit a scientific paper of their work and to present it during a dedicated student session.
